But a lot of organizations don't do that. And people 95 00:06:59.879 --> 00:07:04.360 don't usually think of product in the sense of this repeatable, unitized thing, 96 00:07:04.480 --> 00:07:09.879 as something creative agency is really attached to but we do, and it is 97 00:07:09.920 --> 00:07:16.040 a practice that's very important because repeatability of processes, controlling pricing, being able 98 00:07:16.040 --> 00:07:23.040 to ramp up resources to do this repeatable, qualified thing is really important. 99 00:07:23.839 --> 00:07:28.680 However, in the product world one of the biggest challenges that you can run 100 00:07:28.720 --> 00:07:32.680 into is if you build a thing, is this really what your customers want? 101 00:07:32.839 --> 00:07:38.639 Can you really sell it and will they really pay for it?
